1. Purpose

All full-time and part-time employees of RocketHosting, including temporary employees, are eligible to receive discounts on certain Company products and services, provided they meet the following criteria:

- Active employment status with no disciplinary actions pending.
- Completion of a minimum probationary period of 30 Days .

3. Discount Structure

The following discounts apply to eligible RocketHosting employees:

- **Cloud Hosting Solutions:** 10% off monthly fees.
- **IT Infrastructure Management:** 15% off service contracts.

3.2 **Maximum Discount Limits**  
Each employee may receive a total discount of up to $2000 per year across all services.

To benefit from the staff discount, employees must follow these steps:

2. **Application:** Complete the Staff Discount Application Form available on the Employee Portal or through HR.
3. **Approval:** Submit the completed form to HR for approval. Discounts will not be applied until the application is approved.

- **Online Purchases:** Employees can enter a unique discount code assigned after approval during checkout on the RocketHosting website.

6.1 **Non-Transferable**  
Discounts are non-transferable and cannot be shared with family or friends. Discounts apply only to the employee's own purchases.
